Google Alerts indexes the open web — most of which doesn't actually talk about your SaaS specifically. We watch the four places where indie SaaS conversations *actually* happen: HN, Reddit, IndieHackers, Bluesky. Plus we filter for purchase intent, not just any mention. Plus sentiment tagging.
English is the primary target right now. Non-English mentions are still surfaced (we don't filter by language), but sentiment tagging may be less accurate for them.
